Basic Leadership Training (LDK) is motivated by the need to develop competent and virtuous leaders in various fields, including schools, universities, organizations, and the workplace. The changing times and the complexity of today's challenges require individuals to possess strong leadership capabilities, not only in terms of knowledge but also in practical skills and character. LDK is designed to bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world practice by providing participants with hands-on experience through simulations, physical exercises, group discussions, and collaborative projects. Furthermore, LDK aims to build a solid moral foundation, enhance self-confidence, and develop critical thinking and wise decision-making skills. Against this backdrop, LDK is a crucial program for preparing a generation of leaders ready to face future challenges with responsibility and high competence.
The goal of the Basic Leadership Training (LDK) is to develop individuals with the ability to lead effectively and with integrity. LDK aims to equip participants with practical leadership skills, such as communication, conflict management, and decision-making, needed in a variety of situations. Furthermore, the program aims to increase participants' self-confidence, help them understand their personal strengths and weaknesses, and develop their ability to collaborate with others in a team. The development of strong character, including responsibility, discipline, and work ethic, is also a key focus of LDK. Through this training, participants are expected to think strategically, formulate a vision, and plan steps to achieve their goals. LDK also seeks to prepare individuals to manage stress and pressure well, as well as manage time and priorities effectively. Thus, the overall goal of LDK is to create competent, confident leaders who are ready to face various challenges in their professional and personal lives.
